“The bed was comfortable”

“Not one thing it was the worst experience and stay I have ever had. I kid you not my granddaughter when we first drive up sees a little jungle gym. She begs me to go over I said sure before we even get into the hotel. There are bugs everywhere. Then there are two portable fire pits. It looks like someone had tried to burn a cover of a sofa. The pieces were everywhere. I told her that we could not go back. We have not even got into our hotel room when someone is coming up to us and saying……

“Size of rooms”

“The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. ”

“Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to……

“We had no heat so it was hard to warm up to sleep with 60 degrees. The shower dispensers were empty, and we had no TV service. I was unable to get WiFi. I didn't see any checkin instructions. Checkin was online. I had to text manager to find out what to do for checkin.”

“Host was very communicative, had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets, trash bags, and sleeping pads. We would come here again for sure!”

“This property is so overrated. Fan was ready to fall from ceiling They had an iron shelf behind the toilet on the wall that came crashing down. Thank hod no end was in there. Cleaning was half hazard. We had to clean the little patio in order to sit outside on the chairs. Drive way wa in horrible condition with little or no maintenance done to it in quite sometime. We were lucky we had 4-wheel drive. Would not recommend this property!”

“We really enjoyed the view. There were some issues with the television sets and it was very difficult until the technical guy came and finally got them to work a day after we were there. Also the patio was not cleaned we did that ourselves. Some of the furniture is coming apart. You need a more informed binder on how to use such things as the TV’s. All in all we enjoyed our stay but I should have ask first floor accommodation since we are in our 80’s and climbing stairs is not our easiest thing.”

“Terrible experience. I have several picture about the unit being very dirty and not up to standard. Also the WiFi/internet situation was non existent. There was no point in having a tv when there was no line. Couldn’t even stream from our phone. I literally had to go in town to use my work laptop for a few hours. Overall very inconvenient. On top of everything else my fiancée woke up with a rush on her face most likely due to the cleanliness of the pillow. I I understand that sometime things go……

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Located close to everything Bear Lake has to offer. Check in process was flawless and everything was as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Let me start by saying I don’t do reviews. Until I came across this dumpster fire I booked. We were arriving late and I had just finished a medical infusion. On arrival, we had no lock code to get in. Lucky that every cabin was unlocked, we looked into “cabin 2” and it was absolutely disgusting. The beds were clearly dirty, damp towels and overflowing trash. We tried several times to reach the host by phone with no answer or voicemail message that confirmed this was even a good number- just a……
