“Pet friendly and very clean. The staff were extremely responsive and quick to address an issue we had with the smoke alarms. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great place for our quick trip. Condo was clean and cozy with amazing views. Would recommend some maintenance TLC, things like the sink spray nozzle doesn’t spray. VRBO showed 11am checkout. Vacasa info sent after booking is 10am checkout. ”

“I received several messages before our arrival with instructions to access the unit. The condo was in good repair and the amenities were as advertised. The room has a beautiful view of the lake. ”

“Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to……

“When we got to the cabin we were unable to lock and there was no information…we contacted the host and he had to give us the codeWe signed up for a cabin for three people would be able to sleep and was surprised that the futon did not have have sheets or blanketsI contacted the host and he kept arguing that they were in the cabin…which they were notOn the second day he said that we would not be charged for this and later he said that he had to charge us for the two daysI am not one to complain……
