"Check in was easy. Adis communicated clearly. House was well stocked with dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Most bedrooms have a bathroom off of the bedroom. The kitchen had a blendec, 2 crockpots, and lots of plates and utensils. "

"This house was very nice. It was the best we have ever stayed in. We've been staying as a family in 6 different locations/houses, and this is the best one. We loved the layout, the size, the number of rooms, bathrooms, the lawn for our kids to play on, the double refrigerators and stoves, and so much more. The Wi-Fi was strong and worked for all our devices. The theater room was amazing, and it was so much fun to watch a movie on the big screen. There were so many things about this place that we liked. The owner was very responsive to our messages, and the house was ready when we arrived (even though a little early), and it was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Bear Lake area. The view is excellent, the parking was plenty big for all of us. Good experience. The kids all loved the 'tree room.'"

"Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again."

Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load. "

"This home was for an annual Mother Daughter trip that has been going on for decades. All 21 of us enjoyed their own space for sleeping and getting ready for the day!The 2 kitchens were perfect for all our cooking and coffee needs.The beds were comfy and all the extra serving items and cooking appliances fit our needs perfectly!We will be booking again for sure!Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"The property was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean.The bedrooms worked well for our family's with young children with extra beds in the bedrooms. The kids loved the playground area and the badminton set. It was a fun place! We all enjoyed being around the campfire in the evening. We made some wonderful memories."

"The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again. "

Not much of a flat area Top outlet in upstairs bathroom does not work. Blinds on sliding door are brokenThey ask you to take off your shoes in the house but you are going to kill your feet on the broken kitchen floor and deckDeck banister and floor are not stableWAY OVERPRICED FYI for those thinking of staying. It’s an older double wide on a foundation. Needs a lot of maintenance"

The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities. We could walk to all the eating out options. Plenty of parking for the eight cars. "
